I was very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. I was constantly updated on the progress of the procedure and was able to see part of what was happening on the tv screen, which I found fascinating. All x-rays and photos of my tooth were shown to me and explained in some detail. I would definitely recommend Dr Dionne to friends and family requiring a root canal.

Dr. Dionne and Natalee did a great job and put in extra effort to complete my root canal in one appointment (stretched to almost 3 hrs.). I was leaving for vacation the following week and they wanted to make sure I would not have any problems while away. I also had Erin assisting with my visits and she was very helpful, professional, and easy going which made my experience stress free. I was never left wondering what was next or what was happening with my tooth as all the staff involved with my procedure kept me informed of what was happening at the time and what was next to come. And the day afterwards I had very little discomfort, which after a 3 hour procedure was a pleasant surprise. My tooth ended up being a more challenging procedure due to a couple of unforeseen problems with the structure of my tooth and everyone at the office did an excellent job.

Thank you to Dr Dionne and his staff. I was that person who would have put off this treatment forever if I could. Unfortunately I couldn’t, I had a severe infection and Dr Dionne was able to treat my infection, clean everything out and perform the root canal in one visit. They were very professional, kind, knowledgeable and everything was explained to me along the way. After the procedure I felt great, no pain in the area, and overall began feeling healthy again. I wish I could visit this office every day – which clearly is very odd since it is a “dental” office! Tower Endodontics is an amazing place and they seem to have found the formula to success. From my first contact with them to the very end – this was an amazing experience. I’ve had root canals before and they were “okay” … but the care, kindness and concern is just above and BEYOND! Not only did the “office” follow up with me – DR. DIONNE called me personally to see if I was okay … what? To say “thank-you” to all of them seems like a gross understatement, because the entire staff genuinely cares about their patients and it is greatly appreciated. They were professional, yet playful, serious yet funny!!! Like I said earlier – I wish I could be there every day! If you ever have the need to see an Endodontist – I would HIGHLY recommend them as your office of choice. I almost wish I could get another root canal!!!

The best of booking, treatment and after care that I have ever experienced. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel comfortable with the staff and surroundings. The expertise of Dr. Dionne shows with his work and the rapor he has with his staff is awesome.. and you can tell he is highly respected and the staff feel comfortable with him… My root canal was painless, the freezing that Jade did was awesome!!! The root canal was basically painless and went fast while listening to the Dr. and staff trying to put me at ease.. The aftercare was fantastic…. Cannot recommend Dr. Dionne’s clinic high enough!!
