Excellent treatment before, during, and after dental procedure.

The members of the team that took care of my procedure were compassionate and humorous, which made the experience so much easier. I valued the explanations everyone of them provided as they worked on my tooth as well as seeing it on the screen and x-rays. This was easily the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in any dental facility.

Dr. Dionne is absolutely fabulous...One of a kind to say the least. This was my second root canal on the same tooth. I was very nervous to say the least. The staff made me feel very at ease and were very welcoming and extremely professional. A BIG shout out to Steph!!

The very friendly but professional atmosphere made me relax and be a lot less nervous than usual during a dental procedure. Everyone was very knowledgeable and wanted to answer any questions I had. They were all very concerned about my comfort during the procedure and continually asked how I was doing. They were all quick but efficient and I always felt confident that I was in very good hands. And their friendly bantering with each other was very entertaining!

I was very impressed at the overall professionalism of the staff, environment, and the equipment used for this procedure. The staff was very positive and sensitive to any fears I had about another root canal. Well done Jade, Steph and Bobbi. (And the staff member who did the initial assessment, the x-rays and other stuff. Unfortunately, I forgot her name) Let's not forget Dr. Dionne ... top level professional performance. A great staff, but its because of Dr. Dionne's skill that I came back for my second root canal.

I was there for a consult but when he realized I was from Calgary and needed to get home, he fit me in to re-do 2 root canals - he went out of his way to make it work. Many thanks to all!

This is the first root canal done by dr. dionne for me. it was not my first visit to his office. my root canal was 2 appointments. I wish dr. dionne could be my regular dentist! I love you dr. dionne.

Other than the fact I was getting a root canal, it felt like I was included in the conversations of old friends. The banter back and forth was comical and I was encouraged to participate as much as I could with the doc working in my mouth...Believe it or not, I had a great time!!
