The entire experience from start to end was handled excellent by Dr. D and the entire staff. My issue with my tooth was very painful before coming in to see Dr D., and came just before a big trip my family had planned. Dr D and all the staff did incredible work and made my pain go away very quickly and was able to save my tooth. Every single person here did a awesome job. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

Best of all: I was entertained! A great distraction to having holes drilled in my head (tooth). I was in twice to have the procedure completed and all through both my visits, everybody was very concerned about my well-being and comfort.

Dr. Dionne and his staff are very friendly and professional and I was very impressed by them for explaining everything that was going on and how they did not finish the procedure until every thing was perfect. I would like to thank the whole staff for their great work! At the front desk, Ashley was very inviting and courteous. In my initial consultation, Jade was fantastic and Bobbi was very thorough in explaining the results of the X-Rays and procedure to follow. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Dionne was very professional and did a great job on my root canals. Throughout the whole procedure, Mallory made me feel very comfortable by keeping me informed on what they were doing and what was upcoming. Very professional and friendly staff from Dr. Dionne to reception. Clean and esthetically pleasant premises along with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. If my experience is the norm, every patient is treated as someone special. If a 'root canal' can be a pleasant experience, this is the place! Freezing gone and no pain or discomfort whatever. As it should be. Not all endodontists are equal! (Hope I got the 'stars' right on the above ratings.)

Great staff and a great dentist, I would highly recommend you folks to anyone. The staff here seem to really love their work and their boss!! I hope I don’t ever need another root canal but if I do I would, without a doubt, want to be referred to Tower Endodontics. All staff is very friendly, professional and caring. They are able to put a person at ease and make the procedure less stressful. Dr. Dionne has an interesting sense of humour and is very personable.

Everyone in this office is dedicated to patient care. I have never experienced anything like it in a medical setting. Every staff member seemed genuinely concerned for me, and wanted to ensure that I understood what was going on, and that I was as comfortable as possible.
The staff take their work seriously, but they have a very fun attitude. The relationship between Dr Dionne and his staff is great – I actually was laughing during my root canal at their ‘arguments’.
The root canal I had done was to fix a root canal done several years ago by another dentist. I dreaded having it done but it went very smoothly and I have had very little discomfort.
I highly recommend Dr Dionne for any root canal you need done. It is worth it to get it done by a specialist.

Dr Dionne and his staff were completely professional throughout my two appointments. I particularly liked the fact that I had the same Dental Assistant (Natalie) for both the initial consult and the procedure (root canal). As a healthcare professional with a previous background in healthcare quality and improvement, I appreciated that every one of the staff members focussed on me and my comfort at every step. The healthcare system could take lessons from this team on how to put the patient first.
