You are all so wonderful I cannot find the words to describe it! I had been in pain for almost a year and everyone, including Ashley at the front, were so overwhelmingly kind, understanding and efficient. Dr. Dionne really heard my need to have the procedure done that day. Not only is he amazingly competent, but hilarious besides! A special thanks to my ever present, knowledgable,, reassuring and gentle advocate, Bobbi, for all her help and care.

I would highly recommend Tower Endodontics to everyone. The entire experience was fantastic..from booking appointments to the administering of the freezing and then to the the actual procedure. The staff were amazing and Dr. Dionne is a joy..He made the time “in the chair” fun..while being highly professional and proficient..When I told a few people who was doing my root canal..I heard nothing but positive comments. He is highly reguarded by former patients and dental professionals. I have had a lot of dental work done through the years..This was by far the best experience. My after care was explained thoroughly and I was given Dr. Dionnes’ cell phone in case of emergency !! I am confident if I had had any trouble he would have taken care of it asap. Fortunately, I came through the procedure with no problems..Although I don’t wish root canal problems on any one..if you have to have one..Dr. Dionne and his staff will make it the best experience possible under the circumstances.

The assistant first put me at ease. Explained everything extremely well. I finally understand what the treatment is and means. The doctor was so friendly and professional while doing his work. I was smiling throughout the treatment and after. Which is nice as I have a bit of a phobia with dental work. All the staff, reception, assistants and the doctor rate very high in my view.

Would recommend without hesitation. The office staff were obviously well screened,…with personal comfort being a priority. They were amazingly informative thru every step of the procedure, kind, and never appeared condescending, (as sometimes happens with those of us over sixty!) . X-rays were done repeatedly to ensure that all areas of the root canal were properly attended to; and every precaution was taken to ensure that possible complications were not left to chance or good luck….ie….Dr. Dionne had me pre-medicate in the office prior to the root canal even tho some physicians no longer recommend the practice..(.I appreciated that extra step with a heart murmur.) There appeared to be a team approach to every aspect of the service….no grandstanding by any one staff member….all worked like a well oiled machine, with an incredible leader, who was exemplary in his approach to holistic healing….I felt Dr. Dionne was as concerned with a patient’s stress and emotional wellbeing as he was with doing a good root canal. When I asked if he could complete the procedure in one appt rather than two, due to an insanely busy month, he did so….and I was grateful for not having to make a second appt. Dr. Dionne and his staff were exemplary in every way….a precedent setting model for customer service….in my opinion. Dr. Dionne will definitely be my go-to guy for any future work I may need done. He is obviously exceptionally skilled; and Edmonton is lucky to have someone of his calibre. Thanks to everyone.

Dr. Dionne explained exactly what was happening. I definitely trusted him. The team projected a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, while at the same time giving me, the patient, total confidence in the procedure taking place.
I know it may be hard to believe, but a difficult root canel that caused my dentist to send me to Dr. Dionne and staff, was relatively easy for me. They are the best!

Everyone is so so friendly. There is NO pain which is amazing. Also They cut the rubber dam so that it is not covering ones upper lip and that is so much more comfortable. Ones nose doesn’t get so itchy. Thanks again for your good work.

It was a fantastic experience!! Well , as far root canals go! Everyone was friendly, and professional. It did not have any issues during the procedure or after. The staff was fantastic in explaining what was happening, and the Dr…. He was great!!!! Only one complaint .. It’s hard to talk or laugh with a rubber damn in your mouth!!!! Thank you everyone !
