My ‘situation’ is/was a little complicated, with two partial root canals performed by another doctor. I received the information I needed to allow me to evaluate and select the best course forward with Dr. Dionne’s professional input. Office staff were top notch.

People don’t usually look forward to root canals, and I was no different. But, from the very beginning, I was made to feel comfortable. Natalie took my information and listened to why I was there,. Then she introduced me to what would be happening. She, Dr. Dionne, and the rest of the staff helped me understand every step of the procedure. The root canal was virtually pain free and I actually enjoyed the people and the process. They really do care about their patients. I’ve already recommended Tower Endodontics to a friend.

I received top notch professional service from everyone. A five star rating. My assistant Erin was extremely good at her job and we got on great. She explained absolutely everything that was being done. A credit to her profession. Dr. Dionne was great as well. He was always trying to be funny I expect to put me at ease but I never have problems at a dentist and actually enjoy the visits. I was very impressed with all the new equipment. The view was pretty great as well. The only pain I had was when they transferred it from my tooth to my wallet. That’s a little joke for you Dr. Dionne. Over all, my experience was a very good and positive one.
