From booking the appointment and up until the procedure is done and you are leaving everyone is very friendly, personable and attentive. Not once do you feel uncomfortable or at a loss of what is going on. They all go above and beyond to make sure you have a very good experience while there. I would not hesitate returning for further procedures if needed.

Dr.Dionne was very professional but had a warm and welcoming chair side manner. Staff was awesome. My needle friend was the best I have had when it comes to giving needles. The whole proceedure had no pain. The overall experience was great. Thanks Tower Endodontics.

This was the most comfortable dental procedure I have ever experienced. The fact that I could watch the whole procedure be completed on the screen was very cool! And they went over all of the pictures they took and explained what they took pictures of and why. I would recommend anybody to Dr. Dionne's office and will be back in the future should I ever require another root canal.

Everyone in the office put in their best effort to provide me with a safe, calm, and high quality experience. They also provided me with cell phone numbers just in case i needed them during the post procedure period. I didn't have to call anyone after my procedure but was so grateful to know that they were available if i needed them. I really appreciate the care the entire staff gave me. They made me feel very valued and welcome. It is clear that my health and well being is the most important thing with them. If you need to have a root canal - this is the place to go. Not only are Dr. Dionne and his assistants extremely knowledgeable, they are also some of the friendliest and most personable medical professionals I have ever dealt with. They took the time to fully explain the procedure in detail and in no way pressured me to have the work done. Their genuine concern for their patients helps to make the procedure much easier to deal with. I would not hesitate going here again should I ever need another root canal.
