What a pleasant environment. Both the staff and doctor went out of their way to ensure the experience was a positive one. I can’t remember the last time a doctor made a follow up call to ensure I was not having any issues. They were more than accommodating to meet our out of town schedules. Would highly recommend them.

I was very nervous for a retreatment on my root canal. Dr. Dionne and the staff were Excellent!!! Right from the time I entered the office, the staff and Dr. Dionne were very quick to put me at ease. Dr. Dionne’s staff is FANTASTIC!!! I work in the Dental field and have for over 25 years and I can say that it was a pleasure to deal with all the ladies in the office. I was well taken care of. I will not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Dr. Dionne!!!

My very first root canal with you guys was trouble free. The service I received was amazing. So much so that when I required a second and much more involved root canal I insisted I be referred back to your office. Upon returning I received the same excellent care and friendly staff. I’ve learned my lesson. If I have to get any endodonic work done, I’m going to get a referral to the Tower Endodonic gang. And that’s because I’d rather get it done right in the first place. I’ve had to get two procedures fixed because they weren’t done right in the first place. There’s no one better than Dr. Dionne and his girls.

The office is very modern and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Dionne is very skilled and works at making the patient feel comfortable. While the fee seems a bit steep the the work that was performed, the skill and knowledge of the staff as well as the dental equipment justify the costs.

I had a wonderful experience, if root canals can be described that way. The very knowledgeable and experienced assistants made me feel really informed and well looked after. (It goes without saying the knowledgeable doctor was good too — even though he must not quit his day job to be a comedian!! ) There was no unnecessary wait times in the whole appointment, which I really liked. I have already told my dentist, Dr. Spicer, to make sure and send all his patients to this office and not a different one I have been to, as this is clearly the best. Both procedures I have had at Tower have gone very well. The latest benefited from the 3 dimensional head scan to locate the roots and avoid digging around for them.
